We run classes during the winter and early spring. The class calendar is updated before the holidays because bread classes make a great gift!
We change up our classes from year to year, but we like to say about learning breadmaking that it’s a lot like playing an instrument, you come back again and again and again, learning more each and every time.
We offer classes for all levels of baking experience, the only requirement is that you have a passion for learning and a willingness to try new things.
