For over 12 years, we’ve returned every December to a cherished holiday tradition: Klotzenbrot! This recipe was first introduced to us by a dear friend, and now baker and eater alike have enjoyed this seasonal treat. For the first time ever, join Noah in the bakery and learn the process of how it’s made!
You will leave with two Klotzenbrot to take home and share.
Note: Klotzenbrot includes hazelnuts, so this class will not be safe for those with tree nut allergies.
