Description
Noah’s been baking pizza for so many years he’s lost count, but many of you know him as the baker standing at the oven on Pizza Night at Orchard Hill every summer. He’s also taught hundreds of kids to make pizza.
This class will give students a chance to learn how to mix pizza dough, stretch, top and bake a thin crust pizza. We’ll also prepare a pizza feast, as a group, to share and enjoy at the end of class. We’ll prepare inventive, delicious, hearty, toppings even the pickiest eaters will enjoy.
Class fee is $65 and includes: instruction, ingredients, supplies, a pizza dinner at the end of class and two freshly mixed balls of dough to take home and bake later.
