Description

Like playing an instrument well, consistently baking beautiful loaves of sourdough bread takes time and practice. Learning new skills is one of life’s greatest pleasures, full of challenge and satisfaction.
This two day class will focus on two simple breads, each made with a portion of fresh milled whole grain flour. This class is recommended for bakers with some background in baking as we will be mixing and shaping doughs that require experienced hands.
Class fee is $400 and includes: instruction, ingredients, supplies, lunch on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. A non refundable deposit of $100 is due upon registration to hold your place.
12pm – 5pm Saturday
10am – 2pm Sunday
