Curious about how to make bread? This class will cover the foundations of mixing, dough handling and baking leavened breads. This class is suitable for beginners and intermediate skill levels.

Sammy Burhoe is an artist, educator and baker. He started baking at Orchard Hill Breadworks in 2016 and continues to bake, make art and teach.
